Wednesday, March 9

3:30 – 5:15   Check in at Best Western Hotel

4:30- 5:30     Student Registration in the Bellefonte Area High School Auditorium Lobby (Dinner on your own)

6:00               Auditions

9:00             Transported to Best Western Hotel

10:00           Room check – NO ONE SHOULD LEAVE THEIR ROOM AFTER ROOM CHECK FOR ANY REASON!

Thursday, March 10

6:00 AM      Breakfast in the hotel

7:20             Report to buses for transportation to Bellefonte Area High School

8:15                Rehearsal

Breaks         At discretion of  Ms. Cheung

12:00           Lunch in the cafeteria

1:15             On stage for rehearsal

Breaks         At discretion of  Ms. Cheung

5:30             Dinner in the cafeteria

6:45             On stage for rehearsal

9:00             Transported to Best Western Hotel

10:00           Room check – NO ONE SHOULD LEAVE THEIR ROOM AFTER ROOM CHECK FOR ANY REASON!

Friday, March 11

6:00 AM      Breakfast in the hotel

7:20             Check out of room, bring luggage to trailer, load buses
for transportation to Bellefonte Area High School

8:15                Rehearsal

Breaks         At discretion of  Ms. Cheung

12:00           Lunch in the cafeteria

Breaks         At discretion of  Ms. Cheung

5:00             Dinner in the cafeteria

5:45             Dress for concert

6:15             On stage for picture

7:20             On stage to tune

7:30               Concert

9:00             Have a safe trip home!
